Free Plan and Free Trial

Clonevo offers a Free Plan with limited access to its features, allowing users to explore the platform without any upfront payment. Additionally, Clonevo may provide a 7-day free trial of its premium features, granting full access to all functionalities. No credit card is required to activate either the free plan or the trial period.


Payment Processing

Clonevo processes payments through third-party providers such as Stripe and other electronic payment services. By making a payment, you authorize Clonevo and its payment processor to charge the total transaction amount, including applicable fees, to your selected payment method.

Accepted payment methods include Mastercard, VISA, Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, and Alipay. Additional fees, such as currency conversion or transaction processing fees, may be applied by payment providers.

Your credit or debit card will be charged only when you confirm your purchase by clicking “Make a Payment,” “Buy,” “Pay,” or “Confirm”. All transactions require authorization from the respective card issuer.


Subscription Plans

Automatic Renewal

If you choose the auto-renewal option, your subscription will automatically renew 72 hours before the end of the current subscription period, unless canceled beforehand. If not canceled, the subscription will renew at the then-current rate, and the payment method on file will be charged accordingly.

To prevent automatic renewal, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date.


Refund Policy

Refunds are not available, except where required by applicable law. Subscription access is granted immediately upon purchase, and the transaction is considered complete once access is provided. As a result, users waive their right to cancel or withdraw from the agreement after purchase.

Clonevo reserves the right to modify this Payment and Refund Policy at any time, without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on the website. Your continued use of Clonevo after updates to this policy signifies your acceptance of the changes. Users are encouraged to review this policy periodically for any updates.
